We would love to take this time to tell you a bit more about us. From as far back as I remember I have loved the water and anything that has to do with it, swimming, snorkeling, diving, dolphins, fish, coral, just to name a few.
Jacqueline and I always wanted to have a home near the water. So when the opportunity arose after a cruise we took to St Thomas Virgin islands we left our jobs and the security of our home in Las Vegas to follow our dreams of working in the St Thomas diving industry. Before starting our dream business in the USVI, we were lucky enough to learn exactly what “customer service” means by working 20+ combined years in the Hospitality industry in Las Vegas resorts.
With that being said we know what separates a good dive operation from the Great ones! We understand how taking care of a “customer” differs from taking care of a “guest”. Our goal is to create a unique experience by building solid relationships with our guests and welcoming them into our family.
We go above and beyond in every way possible; From helping guest book flights and offer unpublished prices on resort rooms. We have weekly Beach BBQs that all our crew and Guest are welcome to join in the fun! We can help make suggestions on rental cars/transport/restaurants / secluded beaches and much much more !!
We treat all our guests the same way we would for one of our own family members. Every trip, every email, every phone call is handled the way we would want to be taken care of if we were on vacation ourselves.
